Sarah Davis Coxwell

Daughter, Sarah Davis Coxwell, graduated Cum Laude at the Univeristy of Mobile with degrees in Finance and Marketing. She completed her studies in only two and a half years winning the Area Award in Marketing upon graduation. Throughout both high school and college, Sarah worked two to three jobs simultaneously in order to achieve her goals. At 21, she and her husband, Cary, went into business for themselves, buying two General Nutrition Center (GNC) franchise stores in south Alabama. Sarah has since turned those two stores into a multimillion dollar business, with seven GNC stores throughout Alabama.

As important as anything else, though, is Sarah's willingness to give a helping hand to others. She was instrumental in helping her two younger brothers continue the family's entrepreneurial endeavors by assisting them in beginning their own businesses including two more GNC stores. Additionally, she was selected by GNC corporate executives to serve on a select GNC franchisee advisory committee. She just recently joined other GNC representatives on a tour of St. Judes Children's Hospital. Supporting the work at St. Judes is a major GNC project. This year, Sarah's stores raised over $10,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
